Recently BIOPSEE Medical Technology (Wuhan) Co., Ltd. announced the completion of Series A financing and raised tens of millions of yuan from the lead investor Northern Light Venture Capital and another investor Insight Capital.

As the legal counsel, the DeHeng team, with primary support from partner Zhang Lei and lawyers Fang Wen, Zhu Yun and Sun Kai, represented Northern Light Venture Capital in due diligence, drafting of transaction documents, project negotiation, delivery follow-up, etc., and coordinated other investors and existing shareholders to smoothly push forward project delivery.
