DeHeng Advised Aluminum Corporation of China Limited on Issuing the 2022 Green Medium-term Note for Carbon Neutrality

In February 2022, Aluminum Corporation of China issued the first tranche of 2022 Green Medium-term Note for Carbon Neutrality in the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII), with an issuance amount of RMB 400 million and a term of three years. 

As the legal counsel for the issuance, the DeHeng team was led by partners Kong Weiping and Zhang Xuan. They worked closely and actively with other intermediary institutions such as the Bank of China Limited and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, and provided comprehensive, professional, efficient and high-quality legal services to the issuer.
