DeHeng Advised Dosilicon on Listing on SSE STAR Market

On November 9, 2021, the application of Dosilicon Co., Ltd. for initial public offering of RMB ordinary shares (A shares) on the STAR Market of Shanghai Stock Exchange was approved by China Securities Regulatory Commission. On December 10, 2021, Dosilicon issued 110,562,440 shares on the STAR Market at the price of RMB 30.18 per share, and raised RMB 3,337 million.
