On November 8, 2021, the application of Tongling Jingda Special Magnet Wire Co., Ltd. (stock code: 600577.sh) for private placement of shares in 2021 was reviewed and approved by the Public Offering Review Committee of China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC).
