On September 16, 2021, the application of EverBright Photonics Co., Ltd. for an initial public offering of A-shares and listing on the STAR Market was reviewed and approved by the 68th session of the Shanghai Stock Exchange's STAR Market IPO Committee in 2021, becoming the first laser-chip stock in China.
As the issuer's legal counsel, the DeHeng team was led by partners Zeng Guolin, Wang Xi, and Fan Huali, with primary support from Huang Cao, Wu Bo, Zhang Wenfeng, and Xue Jin.
