In August 2021, in order to facilitate the high-quality development of the Qualified Domestic Limited Partnership  (QDLP) pilot program in Hainan and build the one-stop services for private equity funds in Hainan FTZ, the Hainan FTP Financial Development Center sought for business partners from global third-party service agencies for cooperation including but not limited to consultation and suggestions on QDLP applicants, policy research and interpretation, and whole-process services for the QDLP business. The DeHeng team, led by four partners, namely Liu Huanzhi and Sun Yanli from the Beijing Office, Tu Jiangli, and Lin Peihua from the Shenzhen Office, was selected as the “Hainan QDLP Business Partner” by the Center.
