On September 2, 2021, Leshan Hi-tech Investment & Construction Development Co., Ltd. issued the first tranche of private placement note (PPN) for 2021. This was the debut of Leshan Hi-tech Investment & Construction Development in the capital market, and also the largest single PPN (private placement note) issued by an AA entity in an ordinary prefecture-level city in Sichuan in the past three years.
