RMB 2 Billion Micro and Small Asset-backed Notes (ABN)

On July 15, 2021, Haitong Unitrust International Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. obtained the Notice of Acceptance of Registration from the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors, and registered RMB 2 billion of micro and small asset-backed notes.

As the legal counsel for the issuance, the DeHeng team was led by partner Zhao Zhidong, with primary support from associates Xu Lin and Yang Lan.
