On April 6, 2021, Shandong Sino-Agri United Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (Sino-Agri Union) was listed on the main board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, becoming one of the first enterprises listed on the SZSE main board after the merger of its two boards. Under the stock name of "Sino-Agri Union" and the stock code of 003042, a total of 27.4 million shares were issued at a price of RMB 21.56 per share, raising RMB 591 million.
