DeHeng Assists PIESAT Projects for Science

and Technology Innovation Board in Passing Review

On June 27, 2019, Beijing PIESAT Information Technology Co., Ltd. (PIESAT) conducted IPO and saw the projects to be listed on the Science and Technology Innovation Board pass the review of the Listing Committee of the Board at the 19th meeting in 2019. 

PIESAT is a Chinese leading service provider on remote sensing satellite and Beidou navigation satellite application. Committed to developing satellite application software based in China, industrialization of related applications and commercialization of application services, it has through R & D possessed the basic software platforms and core technologies with completely independent intellectual property rights, providing the government, military and businesses with basic software products, related system design and development, and data analysis and application services. The basic software platform PIE on remote sensing images independently developed by the company has made it into the list of software purchased by the central government organs as the only product on remote sensing technology. 

PIESAT shall issue no more than 41.5 million shares to raise a fund of RMB566.6997 million for investment in the upgrading and renovation projects of the PIE basic platform, the Beidou comprehensive application platform construction projects, and atmospheric and oceanic application service platform projects.
