DeHeng Advised Farmmi on its Flotation on Nasdaq

On February 16, the Chinese Lunar New Year's Day, Farmmi was officially listed on Nasdaq in the United States under the stock code "FAMI". DeHeng provided full legal services for this project.

 
Farmmi is a leading enterprise in agricultural science & technology e-commerce that adopts the operating model of "Internet of Things platform + offline experience shops + factory + base". The company's self-own online platform "Farmmi Mall" has 50,000+ members. The company plans to build a one-stop trading platform for global landmark products based on agricultural Internet of Things.

DeHeng, as the Chinese legal counsel for Farmmi, formed a project team consisting of partner Li Zhongxuan and paralegal Yang Ziyan in the Shenzhen office as its main members. The team provided legal services for the list of Farmmi on the Nasdaq.
