On September 27, 2023, International Financial Law Review (IFLR1000) announced the list of winners of 2023 IFLR1000 China Law Awards. DeHeng was awarded the "Best Deal of the Year" (Beijing - Capital Markets) for "CNOOC A-share Listing of RMB 35 billion" and Mr. Luo Liang, a partner of the Chongqing office, was honored as "Best Leapfrog Star of the Year" (Chongqing - Finance & Corporate).
