On December 30, 2022, the third Golden Line Award, jointly initiated by well-known legal media GaoShan Legal and Wolters Kluwer Group and hosted by Golden Line Legal Vision, announced its winners. This was a typical case of overseas listed red-chip enterprises returning to the A-share market, and the first "A+H" enterprise on the STAR market. It had a significant demonstration effect on attracting high-quality tech enterprises and other red-chip enterprises registered overseas to return or to go public on the A-share market. It also marked that the policy readiness of the capital market for red-chip enterprises to make A-share offerings.
