We are glad to announce that DeHeng, by virtue of its outstanding performance in the M&A transactions and excellent comprehensive strength, entered the 2021China M&A Rankings released by Asian Legal Business, a world-renowned legal media, on September 22, 2021, an honor for the top law firms in Asia. 

M&A is one of DeHeng's dominant practice areas, and DeHeng has always been a leader in this area with excellent performance and reputation. Over the years, the M&A Committee has completed a series of complex and significant M&A and restructuring deals on behalf of domestic and overseas well-known enterprises, covering a wide range of areas and handling transactions worth more than hundreds of billions of yuan annually.
