Professional Background

• Mr. Zheng has been engaged in legal work in an administrative organ of Jinjiang Quanzhou for many years. He has participated in major projects such as Jinjiang Meiling Group reconstruction project, Meiting area reconstruction project and Road facade reconstruction project. He also has studied on laws related to construction projects, grasp of government macro policies and administrative law for a long time.
