DeHeng Renewed Legal Service Contract with China Center for Promotion of SME Development, MIIT

DeHeng has recently signed a perennial legal service contract with China Center for Promotion of SME Development under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. The project team led by partner Tu Fengxin of our Beijing Office has served as the legal counsel for the Center for four consecutive years. 

In accordance with the future plan and development demand of the Center, DeHeng lawyers will provide high-level legal services in legal risk control, compliance, international cooperation, SME investment and financing, intellectual property rights, and the cultivation of "specialized and sophisticated technology enterprises that produce unique and novel products," and continue to contribute to the high-quality development of China's SMEs.
