Mr. Liu has extensive practical experiences in the fields of real estate, equity mergers and acquisitions, and project financing. He has been practicing law for more than 30 years and served as perennial legal counsel for many well-known real estate companies.
Representative Matters
- Provided perennial legal counsel and special legal services for many real estate companies such as Rong Qiao Group, Yuzhou Group, Xiamen Haicang Investment Group, Powerlong Group, CIFI Group, China Metallurgical Group Corporation, and Tian An Real Estate.
- Successfully handled Amoi's bankruptcy and reorganization and the reorganization of North Pole China.
- Represented clients in a loan dispute case whose trial was attended by Li Peng, former chairman of NPC Standing Committee, and other important cases.
- Acted as the lead counsel in a loan arbitration case which was voted as one of the "Ten Most Influential Cases in 2016" and whose arbitration award was recognized and enforced by the Australian court.
