DeHeng has contributed the China chapter of The Mergers & Acquisitions Review - Edition 12, published by Law Business Research Limited. The Mergers & Acquisitions Review is the flagship title of the Law Reviews, a series of information guides designed for corporate lawyers, in-house counsels, and government and corporate officers. Each title is a chapter-by-chapter compendium providing jurisdiction overviews for a practice area or sector.

On October 16, 2009, the grand opening ceremony of DeHeng Hangzhou Office was held at the square of Europe and America Center (EAC) in Hangzhou. Leaders from the Justice Department and the Securities Regulatory Bureau of Zhejiang Province, Hangzhou Bureau of Justice and the Lawyers Association and representatives from various enterprises came to offer their congratulations. Deputy Director of the Justice Department of Zhejiang Province Wu Qiangjun, Head of the Securities Regulatory Bureau of Zhejiang Province Wang Baotong and Director of DeHeng Wang Li jointly unveiled for Hangzhou launch.
