• Acted as the legal counsel for China Tower Corporation Limited in purchase of office building project.
• Actd as the legal counsel for Zhuguang Group, Jinke Property Group, Faithland Group, Aide Group and Guangzhou Zhuguang Property Management Co., Ltd in a dozen of real estate acquisition projects.
• Acted as the legal counsel in urban renewal project for a number of enterprises in Guangzhou, Foshan, Dongguan, Shenzhen and other places.
