DeHeng Awarded the Mandate by Headway to Advise on Its Overseas Business Compliance System

On July 11, 2022, DeHeng's Shenzhen Office won the bid for providing external legal and compliance service for Shenzhen Zhonghe Headway Bio-Sci & Tech Co., Ltd. ("Headway") in building its overseas business compliance system.

The DeHeng team was jointly led by partners Lyv Youchen and Li Jie of the Shenzhen Office, and overseas counsel Zhang Weimin (with licenses to practice law in Hong Kong, UK, New York State and Australia) and Ernest Chung, managing partner of Chungs Lawyers in association with DeHeng Law Offices, and with primary support from Stephen Kei with Chungs Lawyers in association with DeHeng Law Offices, and Hu Tianhao, Xiao Xiao, Deng Lijia and Gu Simin of the Shenzhen Office. They advised the client on overseas business compliance, produced legal opinions, and assisted the client in efficiently completing the task.
