DeHeng Advised Chongqing Three Gorges Water Conservancy and Electric Power Co., Ltd. on Registration of Super-short-term and Short-term Commercial Papers and Medium-term Notes

Recently Chongqing Three Gorges Water Conservancy and Electric Power (Group) Co., Ltd. was approved to register super-short-term and short-term commercial papers and medium-term notes with the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors (NAFMII), and obtained the Notice of Acceptance of Registration (numbered respectively as Zh. Sh. X. [2021] SCP488, CP200, and MTN1008). The registered amount of the super-short-term commercial paper was RMB 1.5 billion, that of short-term commercial paper was RMB 1 billion and that of medium-term notes was RMB 1.5 billion. 

As the issuer's legal counsel, the DeHeng team was led by lawyers Tang Junfeng and Liao Jun of its Chongqing Office, with primary support from lawyers Liu Qian and Tian Jing and trainee lawyer Zhu Yuting.
