• Represented Wuzhou International Group in the IPO in Hong Kong by producing relevant legal documents. The client was successfully listed in Hong Kong in June 2013

• Acted as a project legal advisor for a foreign investment company in Zhejiang Province to invest in a foreign investment company in Jiangsu Province

• Acted as a project legal advisor for a company in Guizhou to acquire a large-scale phosphate asset

• Acted as a project legal advisor for a German company to establish a Sino-foreign equity joint venture by means of asset mergers and acquisitions in Wuxi, Jiangsu

• Acted as a project legal adviser for a Sino-foreign joint venture securities company on its transformation to a domestic-funded securities company
