DeHeng Advised Future Intelligent Manufacturing on Completing the Establishment and Filing of the Fund

After advising SD Future Intelligent Manufacturing Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. on completing the registration as a fund manager, DeHeng has recently advised two more funds under Sichuan Development Holding: SD Future Intelligent Manufacturing Equity Investment Fund Partnership (L.P.) and the SD High-end Space and Aviation Equipment Manufacturing Industry Equity Investment Fund Partnership (L.P.) on preparation, establishment and filing. 

The former, with a scale of RMB 3 billion, counts among its contributors Sichuan Enterprise Reform and Development Equity Investment Fund and CDHT Future Science and Technology City Development Group Co., Ltd. It will focus on advanced manufacturing industries such as consumer electronics, precision instrument manufacturing and AI-empowered robots, as well as science and technology services and future-oriented industries, and prioritize investment in such areas as new materials, electronic information, high-end manufacturing, satellites and their applications.

The latter, with a scale of RMB 3 billion, will invest in the high-end equipment manufacturing industry in aerospace and aviation. It is co-initiated by the SD Future Intelligent Manufacturing Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., Sichuan Enterprise Reform and Development Equity Investment Fund, Chengdu Major Industrialization Project Investment Fund under Chengdu Industrial Investment Group, and Chengdu Xiangrong Venture Capital Co., Ltd. under Xiangtou Group. It realizes vertical linkage at the provincial, municipal and district levels, gives full play to their respective advantageous resources to empower the operations of the fund, and strives to strengthen the equipment manufacturing industry, and accelerate to build the aerospace and aviation industry ecosystem in Chengdu. 

As the legal counsel for SD Future Intelligent Manufacturing Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd., the DeHeng team was led by partner Hou Zhiwei, with primary support from Zhang Yan, Hu Xueyuan, Liu Di and Xianyu Jiashan, and provided whole-process legal services for the two funds from preparation, establishment to filing.
