DeHeng Advised PUCIDC Again on Issuing Overseas Bonds

In April 2022, Pingxiang Urban Construction Investment Developing Company (PUCIDC) completed the issuance of USD 244 million bonds overseas with a coupon rate of 4.50%.

As the Chinese legal counsel for the underwriter again, the DeHeng team was led by partner Hou Zhiwei, with primary support from Wang Jing, Zhang Yan, Wang Jing, Hu Xueyuan, Wang Yujia, Xianyu Jiashan and Sha Fei, and provided whole-process legal services for the issuance.
