DeHeng Advised State Grid International Development Limited on Issuing Overseas Bonds

In April 2022, a subsidiary of State Grid International Development Limited completed two overseas issuances of USD notes. Specifically, Series A notes were at a scale of USD 350 million with a coupon rate of 3.25%, and Series B notes USD 650 million with a coupon rate of 3.125%, with guarantee from State Grid International Development. 

As the issuer's Chinese legal counsel, the DeHeng team was led by partner Hou Zhiwei, with primary support from Zhang Yan, Wang Jing, Hu Xueyuan, Wang Yujia, Xianyu Jiashan, and Sha Fei, and they provided whole-process legal services for the issuance.
