Recently Miracle Miles Group Inc. ("Miracle Miles"), a world-leading footwear technology company, announced its raising of USD 100 million in Series A financing, with Sequoia China and IDG Capital as the lead investors and Xinghan Capital as the long-term exclusive financial advisor. 

As the legal counsel for Miracle Miles, the DeHeng team was led by partner Hou Zhiwei, with primary support from Zhang Yan, Wang Jing, Hu Xueyuan, Wang Yujia, Xianyu Jiashan and Yang Youqi. They provided full legal support for the foregoing deal.
