DeHeng Mandated by Beijing Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd. as Perennial Legal Counsel

Recently Beijing Infrastructure Investment Co., Ltd. (BII) announced DeHeng as the winner of the bid for its 2022-2023 perennial legal consulting service. 

The bidding team was headed by partner Zhong Sheng and Secretary General of DeHeng's Major Case Committee. The legal service team was composed of partners Kong Weiping, Huang Kaiguo, Chen Xiongfei, Li Hongyuan, Liu Huanzhi, Hou Zhiwei, Yan Zinan, and Ji Shujuan. After rounds of competition, DeHeng finally stood out and won the mandate.

The winning of the bid demonstrated DeHeng's outstanding strength in providing legal services in the areas of corporate legal counseling, rail transport and infrastructure, real estate and property operation, investment and financing, intellectual property rights, dispute resolution and corporate compliance management. In the future, DeHeng will help BII serve the economic and social development of the capital city and promote the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
