DeHeng Advised on Over RMB 100 Million Investment in Aucta

Recently, Hidea Venture Capital, as the lead investor, completed over RMB 100 million investment in Shanghai Aucta Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd., which will promote the development and growth of the startups specialized in modified drugs active in the Chinese and American markets.

Shortly after the establishment of Hidea Venture Capital, Guo Weifeng, a partner of DeHeng's Beijing Office, has led a team to provide it with comprehensive legal support and witnessed the growth of the client and the industry. In this deal, the DeHeng team, led by partners Guo Weifeng and Tang Ruchuan, and with support from intern Cuan Youyi, provided whole-process legal services, including legal due diligence, design of the deal structure, drafting and revision of deal documents, business negotiation, and assistance in delivery.
