CNPC Kunlun Capital Co., Ltd. was formally established on June 28, 2021, with a registered capital of RMB 10 billion, and its stakes are jointly held by China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), PetroChina Company Limited (601857) and CNPC Capital Company Limited (000617). Its establishment marked an important step forward for CNPC in building a pattern of diverse, complementary businesses and promoting business transformation and upgrading.

CNPC Kunlun Capital has engaged DeHeng as its external  legal counsel. The legal service team is led by partner Guo Weifeng, with primary support from partners Tang Ruchuan, Cao Qi, Wang Yunfeng and Xu Yongsheng. They will provide legal services for the incorporation and daily operation of the client. This mandate shows the CNPC's high recognition of DeHeng's overall professional expertise. Adhering to the professional and service-oriented purpose, we will continue to improve our expertise in capital operation, equity investment, corporate compliance and other areas, provide high-quality legal services for CNPC Kunlun Capital and facilitate the transformation and upgrading of CNPC.
