The asset-backed securities of Huaxing Securities – Yunda Sheraton Hotel plan completed book-building on July 23, 2021. The original equity holder is Hunan Yunda Group Co., Ltd., the total amount of asset-backed securities to be issued is up to RMB 950 million, and the plan manager is Huaxing Securities Co., Ltd.
