DeHeng Advised BizConf on Obtaining CSRC Approval

for Non-public Offering of Shares

The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) recently approved the registration application for BizConf (stock code: 300578) for issuing no more than 52,163,519 shares to no more than 35 specific investors to raise no more than RMB 599.946 million.

Before this refinancing project, DeHeng advised BizConf on A-share listing in January 2017 and then material asset restructuring in December 2018. The DeHeng team, led by partner Shen Hongshan, and with primary support from lawyers Wang Wei, Hu Haotian and Tang Sijie, worked closely with the issuer, the sponsor Industrial Securities and Zhonghua Certified Public Accountants, and provided professional and efficient legal services for the client.
