Listing on ChiNext of Shenzhen Stock Exchange

On April 27, 2021, Zhonghong Pulin Medical Product Co., Ltd. (Zhonghong Pulin) was successfully listed on ChiNext of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The initial public offering price was RMB 48.59 per share, the number of shares issued was 416.7 million, and the total amount of funds raised was approximately RMB 2.025 billion.  

As the legal counsel of the issuer, DeHeng formed a task force team which was led by partners Xu Jianjun, Wu Lianhua and Zhu Min, and with primary support from lawyers and paralegals including but not limited to Zhang Dingcheng, Rong Qiuli and Liao Qiyue.
