DeHeng Advised Huatai Securities on Issuing USD 800 Million Bonds

In April 2021, Pioneer Reward Limited, an overseas subsidiary of Huatai Securities Co., Ltd., issued a three-year bond worth USD 800 million and another five-year bond worth USD 500 million overseas, with guarantee from Huatai Securities.

As the Chinese legal counselor for Huatai Securities and the issuer, the DeHeng team was led by partner Hou Zhiwei, with primary support from Zhang Yan, Wen Bin, Wang Jing, Hu Xueyuan, Wang Yujia, Xianyu Jiashan, Sun Yuehao and Jiang Yue.
