In March 2021, Chengdu Santai Holding Group Co., Ltd. issued no more than 385,865,200 A shares in a non-public offering to Sichuan Development Mining Group Co., Ltd. The controlling shareholder of Sichuan Development Mining Group is Sichuan Development (Holding) Co., Ltd., and the actual controller is the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Sichuan Provincial Government.
