On March 13, 2021, Wuxi Huaguang Environment & Energy Group Co., Ltd. (stock code: 600475) issued an announcement saying that its controlling subsidiary Wuxi Guolian Environmental Science & Technology Co., Ltd. introduced the strategic investors Yangtze Ecology and Environment Co., Ltd. and Three Gorges Capital Holdings Co., Ltd. via capital and shares increase. The investment was structured as capital increase  by means of non-public agreement.

The strategic investment will provide financial support for Guolian Environmental Science & Technology to improve its competitiveness, optimize its asset and liability structure, and within the framework of Yangtze River conservation, give full play to its technological prowess in the field of sludge treatment, boost its business development and expand its influence in the industry.
