DeHeng Advised CFMEE on Obtaining Approval for IPO on STAR Market

On February 2, 2021, China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) issued an announcement approving the initial public offering (IPO) registration of Hefei Circuit Fabology Microelectronics Equipment Co., Ltd. (CFMEE) on the STAR Market of Shanghai Stock Exchange. 

As the issuer's legal counsel, the DeHeng team was led by partners Shen Hongshan, Li Xiaoxin and Li Zhenhui, supported by attorneys Hong Xiaolong, Xu Na, Xu Ankun, Liang Chen, Tian Duoyu, Cao Wei and Song Kai.
