DeHeng Won an Arbitration Case in Belarus

As  the Chinese Lunar New Year was approaching, we were glad to hear that a Chinese central enterprise represented by DeHeng lawyers won the international arbitration case at the International Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Belarus. The Arbitration Tribunal fully supported the Chinese side's claim and rejected all the arbitration claims of the Belarusian enterprise. This was another victory won by Chinese enterprises in this series of arbitrations.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the second arbitration lasted one and half years. In the process of arbitration, DeHeng Chinese lawyers and Belarus lawyers worked closely with each other, actively responded to the lawsuit with a thorough arbitration strategy and full and accurate materials, and selected appropriate arbitrators. In the end, the Arbitration Tribunal once again fully adopted and supported the Chinese proposition, which was a big victory for the Chinese enterprise.
