DeHeng Inked the Five-year Strategic Cooperation

Framework Agreement with CCCME

On March 30, 2020, DeHeng signed the Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products (CCCME), establishing five-year cooperation aimed at enhancing mutual understanding, strengthening cooperation and helping Chinese enterprises enter the overseas market. At the same time, DeHeng was included by the latter into its Global Legal Service Platform as "Distinguished Legal Counsel".

CCCME is the only national chamber of commerce for the import and export of mechanical and electrical products in China. It has nearly 10,000 member enterprises, including leading and backbone enterprises and a large number of medium-sized and small-sized enterprises engaged in the manufacture and foreign trade of mechanical and electrical products, and is thus a strong representative of the industry. In June 2012, CCCME was rated by the Ministry of Civil Affairs as a 5A social organization, the highest rank of its kind in China. The Agreement will open a new chapter of cooperation between the two and is expected to help Chinese enterprises with overseas expansion.

As the legal counsel of CCCME, the DeHeng team will be led by partner Wang Gang, with partner Zhang Haiying as the contact person, and provide professional, comprehensive and efficient legal services for the client, covering the Company Law, Labor Law and Contract Law, consulting over routine tax matters, and legal services in such areas as intellectual property, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, international trade and the Customs Law, applicable to Europe, Africa, North America, South America, Asia, and Oceania, and in particular the Middle East region.
