• Dispute Resolution
• Represented Chongqing Hengtong Bus Co., Ltd., in the product liability dispute case in which the company was claimed more than ten million yuan by Xianning Fengdan Public Traffic Co., Ltd., finally recovering nearly ten million yuan of economic losses. (The case was also rated as the "top ten classic cases of commercial litigation" by the Chongqing Bar Association in 2020).
• Represented the Export-Import Bank of China Chongqing Branch, in a loan project dispute with a financial leasing company, he recovered financial losses of more than 100 million yuan through creditor subrogation litigation. The case filed in Chongqing Higher People's court has become the first financial case to win through subrogation litigation in recent years.
• Represented Binnan Ecological Environment Group Co., Ltd., successfully won the case of unfair competition dispute with a Dali environmental sanitation enterprise and obtained higher compensation than that in similar cases.
• Successfully represented Ningbo Yirui Investment Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of BOC trust Holding Group Co., Ltd, in the dispute over the mining right transfer contract with a Guizhou mining company, which amount exceeded billions of yuan.
• Represented Chongqing Construction Engineering Group Co., Ltd., in the case of a construction project design contract dispute with a Xiangxi tourism development company.

• Investment and Merger
• Advised a number of enterprises on mergers and acquisitions and mining right investment projects of BOC trust Holding Group Co., Ltd. in Guizhou and Yunnan.
• Advised Binnan Ecological Environment Group Co., Ltd.on the withdrawal of its former controlling shareholder from the company, and subsequent capital increase in the company, thus successfully avoided the risk of over 100 million yuan by Valuation Adjustment Mechanism.
• Advised Binnan Ecological Environment Group Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries to acquire multiple sewage treatment projects of SOUND GLOBAL LTD.
• Advised Chongqing Liangshan Construction Investment Co., Ltd. on establishing industrial funds and investment projects in cooperation with many well-known fund managers.
• Advised Chongqing Hengtong Bus Co., Ltd. and its controlling shareholder Chongqing Liangshan Construction Investment Co., Ltd., on enterprise restructuring and asset transfer with CRRC Times Electric Vehicle Co., Ltd.
• Advised Shirui Energy Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. on its acquisition of energy equipment assets and energy management of Rongchuang cultural tourism city.
