• Private Fund Formation and Investment (including both Onshore RMB Funds and Offshore USD Funds)
• Advised private fund managers such as Genharmony Capital, Qingsong Capital, PING AN VENTURES, Gopher Asset Management, Maison Capital, Yinling Capital, YF Capital, HOSEN CAPITAL, etc. on formation of RMB funds (including blind-pooled funds and single-project funds);
• Advised CMIG Aviation on the formation of Qinghai Culture Industry Fund together with its partner the People’s Government of Qinghai Province;
• Advised Gopher Asset Management on the formation of a number of RMB funds focusing on the real estate industry in the form of contractual fund and limited partnership fund;
• Advised CECEP Huayu Fund Management Company on the formation of “PE + Listed Companies” buyout fund which is intended to participate in the material asset reorganization of CNTY；
• Advised JIFENG CO., LTD. (a listed company in China) on the formation of a buyout fund in connection with Jifeng’s white knight takeover of Grammer which is a century old German listed company;
• Advised PING AN Capital on its participation in the transfer of secondary fund interests of a RMB single-project fund which has invested in an e-commerce platform project
• Advised F&H Fund Management, Shanghai Hejing, Riverhead Capital, ORIZA FOFS, etc. on the formation of USD funds in Cayman Islands and/or Delaware;
• Advised Venture Capital Guiding Fund of Shanghai, Shanghai Electric, BOCGI, etc. on legal due diligence regarding private fund managers and/or RMB funds and their investments in RMB funds managed by the aforementioned private fund managers;
• Advised private fund management companies, such as FSG Capital, Qinghai Zhongming Fund Investment Management Co., Ltd., etc. on the application for the registration of private fund managers to Asset Management Association of China (“AMAC”).

• Private Equity and Venture Capital Investment (PE/VC Investment Projects)
• Advised private funds such as Northern Light Venture Capital, SBCVC, DT Capital Partners, Delta Venture Capital, Yinling Capital, Maison Capital, ABC Capital, Keytone Ventures, IDG Capital Partners, etc. on their investments in PE/VC Investment Projects in all kinds of industries as financial investors;
• Advised F&H Fund Management on its investment in an autonomous car startup as a Series A+ lead investor;
• Advised Janchor Partners on its investment in Meditrust Health which is an innovative healthcare service platform as one of the Series C lead investors;
• Advised Genharmony Capital on its investment as a Pre-IPO investor in Kidswant which is an operation platform for maternal and child product which has been successfully listed in Growth Enterprise Board of the PRC;
• Advised Everbright Financial Holdings on formation of a RMB single-project fund in China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, which makes its investment in a logistics service provider as a Series G Preferred shareholder.

• Investment of Insurance Funds
• Advised Taiping Asset and/or PING AN Asset on launching of infrastructure or real estate creditor's rights investment plans of insurance funds, and equity investment plans of insurance funds;
• Advised Taiping Asset and/or PING AN Asset on investments of insurance funds into trust plan of assembled funds, and in direct equity investment projects;
• Advised insurance institutions such as Life Insurance, CCB Life, Taiping Assets, China Taiping Insurance (HK) Company Limited, CITIC Prudential Life, etc. on their investments in RMB funds and/or USD funds.
