Ms. Wang specializes in M&A transaction and PE Fund investment . She was responsible for the establishment and structure design of a number of PE Fund and Fund Managers, and advised more than 30 PE Fund managers on the registration in AMAC. - Acted as legal counsel for preparation of a lot of PE funds, among which the largest fund scale is 50 billion yuan.
- Acted as legal adviser for the selection of 10th, 11th, 12th 13th and 14th Sub-fund manager of Venture Capital Guiding Fund for small and medium sized enterprises in Beijing.
- Acted as legal adviser for the selection of Sub-fund manager of Shanghai Jinshan District Innovation and Entrepreneurship Fund.
- Advised the selection of Sub-fund manager of Venture Capital Guiding Fund of Tianjin.
