Representative Matters

• Advised, as one of the nine members of the legal team, Bahrain government in the case of the territorial border between Bahrain and Qatar. (The only Chinese lawyer who has appeared in the International Court of Justice in The Hague so far.)
• Represented the Chinese party in a second-hand equipment case between China and the United States (quoted in U.S. Congress Cox Report).
• Advised Beijing Dongfang Yonghe International Copyright Exchange Center for the legal affairs of copyright trading such as film and television culture.
• Since 2004, he has been deeply involved in the field of internet financial innovation and mass consumer funding. As a representative of the platform and the chief legal adviser of the platform project, he deeply participated in legal model design of Mass Media Consumer Internet Platform Project, the joint efforts of Baidu, CITIC Trust, China Film Assets, and DeHeng Law Offices, which were released on September 21, 2014.
• Acted as Chief Legal Adviser on the Mass Consumer Funding Platform Project launched at Baidu World Congress on September 8, 2015.
• Represented a foundry company in a lease contract dispute with a trading company in Xinjiang.
• Provided due diligence services for Chinese companies in the acquisition of a French company by a certain equipment company of China Railway.
• Represented a Chinese company in a commercial dispute involving hundreds of millions of euros between a domestic fast-moving consumer goods company and a legal company in Paris.
