  • Antidumping
  • Represented a large state-owned Aluminum Group to participate in the antidumping investigation initiated by South Korea concerning imports of Aluminum Hydroxide from China
  • Represented a large chemical enterprise to participate in the antidumping investigation initiated by India concerning imports of Aniline from China
  • Represented Xinyi Group and Kibing Group to participate in the antidumping investigations initiated by India concerning imports of float glass from Malaysia
  • Represented Xinyi(Anhui) and Xinyi Solar (Malaysia) to participate in the antidumping investigations initiated by the EU and India concerning imports of solar glass from China and Malaysia
  • Represented Xinyi (Anhui) to sue the European Commission before the General Court of EU for annulment of its decision on rejection of Xinyi (Anhui)’s MET application and imposition of duties on Xinyi (Anhui); The Court upheld our claims. Then the Commission appealed to the Court of Justice who remanded the case to the Court for retrial. We succeeded the first instance in the retrial and the second instance is in progress

  • Represented Masteel to participate in the antidumping investigation initiated by Australia concerning imports of certain railway wheels from China
