• Represented FocalTech Systems (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. in a series of cases with Shenzhen Xinwei Technology Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Millstone Technology Co., Ltd. and Mo Lianghua. After five trials for a long time, the Supreme Court regained the patent right for the client. This case was promoted by the Supreme Court as a typical case and awarded the top ten typical cases of intellectual property undertaken by Shenzhen lawyers in 2020;
• Represented ZTE Corporation in its patent infringement lawsuit against Ericsson;
• Represented ChangYuan Technology Group Ltd. in a case involving reward and remuneration for inventors of service invention patents;

• Patent invalidation cases
• Represented a company in Shenzhen to file an invalidation declaration for the basic invention patent applied for by Royal Philips in the field of electric toothbrushes in 2006. After a detailed search, the published documents of Japan, Korea and the International Patent Office were found. Through detailed argumentation, the basic invention patent is invalid, gaining more initiative for the client's business operation and negotiation;
• Represented a company in Shenzhen to file an invalidation declaration for the plaintiff's basic patent in the mechanical keyboard industry. All well-known companies in the industry could not circumvent the patented technology and needed to pay the patentee a higher and higher patent license fee year by year. After a comprehensive analysis and search, a number of prior evidences in the United States and Japan were found to invalidate the patent for avoiding losses for customers and removing obstacles to production and sales of products;
• Represented a photovoltaic company in Changzhou in response to the defendant's patent invalidation declaration, and made efforts to keep all the client's invention patents valid;
• Represented Shenzhen Shenzhen Risun Technology Co., Ltd. to file an invalidation declaration against the plaintiff's invention patent. After the invalidation procedure, the first instance and the second instance of the administrative litigation, the case won, and all the competitors' invention patents were invalidated;
• Represented Shenzhen Risun Technology Co., Ltd. to file an invalidation declaration against the plaintiff's design patent. After the invalidation procedure, the competitor's patent involved in the case was invalidated;
• Represented a company in Shenzhen in its request for invalidation of the competitor's two product component patents in the field of camera sensing, and invalidated all the competitor's patents involved in the case;
• Represented Hengyide Tourism Leisure Products (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. in filing an invalidation declaration against a competitor's invention patent. After the invalidation procedure, the competitor's patent involved in the case was invalidated;
• Represented Hengyide Tourism Leisure Products (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. in filing an invalidation declaration against a competitor's utility model patent. After the invalidation procedure, the competitor's patent involved in the case was invalidated;
• Represented Shenzhen DNS Industries Co., Ltd. to file an invalidation declaration against the plaintiff's invention patent. After the invalidation procedure, the competitor's involved invention patents were all invalidated;
• Represented Shenzhen Quanwei Intellectual Property Operation Co., Ltd. to deal with the invalidation of the invention patent filed by the defendant, and made efforts to keep all the client's invention patents valid;
• Represented Duntai Electronics Co., Ltd. to file an invalidation declaration against the plaintiff's invention patent, forcing the plaintiff to settle with the client, in exchange for the client's withdrawal of the invalidation declaration by withdrawing the lawsuit;
• Represented Shenzhen Guarantee Science Technology Co., Ltd. to file an invalidation declaration against the plaintiff's invention patent, forcing the plaintiff to reconcile with the client, in exchange for the client's withdrawal of the invalidation declaration by withdrawing the lawsuit;
• Represented Feihong Technology Co., Ltd. to file an invalidation declaration against the plaintiff's invention patent. Although it was not completely invalid, the invalidation of the patent forced the plaintiff to make a narrow interpretation of the scope of protection of the patent claims involved, so that the customer's products were not infringing;
• Represented Shenzhen ITLONG Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., Ltd. to deal with the patent invalidation filed by the competitor, and made efforts to keep all the client's invention patents valid;
• Represented a company in Shenzhen to file an invalidation declaration against the plaintiff's utility model invention patent. After the invalidation procedure, the competitor's patent involved in the case was invalidated;
