• General Corproate and Commercial
• Played the role as the first Legal Affairs Manager of Wal-Mart China, established the Legal Dept. of Wal-mart China and oversight all the legal support for Wal-Mart’s entire operations in China (including the Headqaurter, three JVs and round 10 subsidiaring supermarkets and Sam’s Clubs stores then).
• Retained as the sole external counsel in China by Gain Captial Inc. USA, providing all the legal supports to all its two subsidiaries in China as well as to its IPO in the USA.
• Retained as the external counsel by multiple well-known domestic or international companies/entities such as a large paper products company in China, a large Taiwan real estate agency company, Malysia Counsulate in Shanghai, Solonvia Institute of Quality (SIQ), Nantong OPT Center of China Academy of Science, providing all or needed Corproate & Commercial or related legal services in China or worldwidely.
• Played the role as Legal Counsel- Asia at Texas Instruments, providing legal supports to the two of the four Business Units in Asia and some key functions (marketing & Sales, Government Relations and U-Programs), Asian coverage.
• Played the role as the Asian Legal Counsel at ATS Automation System Toolings Inc., handling or overseeing all the legal supports to all the Asian subsidiaries (China, India, Malysia, Signpore,Thailand,etc.) on all apsects of operations, as well as to the non-Asian subsidiaries on needed Asia-related matters.

• Cross- Border Transactions & Investments
• Participated in a major Assets Transaction between China Bank of Commercial and Industry vs. Goldman Sax, formed legal opinons as the leading lawyer for over 15 projects accross 4 to 5 provinces in China (the amount of the projects ranging from millions to thousand of millions in RMB each).
• Retained by Zhejiang JinKe Group as the leading external counsel on an anti-dumping case vs. EU or EU competitors, providing stragitic legal opinions and suggestions for the prevention of the potential anti-dumping investigation by EU.
• Played the role as the global General Counsel for a large Chinese paper products manufacturing company, overseeing all the legal matters globally with a special focus on international investment projects in Europe, and was secondmented to the Midland of the UK for 2 years to provide legal and management supports to its various investment or operational approaches in Europe (two subsidies in the UK, and the pursuit of multiple large sum of government tenders or private bids).
• Provided overall legal supports to ATS Automation Tooling Systems Inc. on many major & large sum cross-border sale projects of automation assemly lines (the amount of the projects ranging from millions to billions in USD each).
