- Cross-border Financing and Investment
- Advised one of the largest human resource service companies in its S$200 million Initial Public Offering and listing on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange
- Advised a China-listed company's takeover of 51% of the equity shares of a Singapore-listed plantation group in the open market. The transaction involved various regulatory approvals in both PRC and Singapore
- Advised a China-based pipe fitting and piping system manufacturer specializing in the manufacture of pipe fitting and piping system for shipbuilding plant, power plant and other industries, on its listing on the Singapore Exchange
- Advised a well-known domestic food and beverage company’s takeover of a beverage bottling production line in southeast Asia to provide due diligence, draft acquisition agreement and other relevant legal services
- Advised a well-known domestic equity investment institution to invest in Internet financial enterprises operating in southeast Asian countries
- Domestic Financing and Investment
- Advised one of the largest Chinese commercial banks and conducted legal due diligence and legal counseling service of its financing lease business
- Advised a large domestic financial investment institution to invest in a cultural and entertainment project and mainly conducted due diligence, investment agreement drafting and other investment-related legal services
- Advised a large domestic financial investment institution to conductdue diligence and investment of a private fund manager and its fund products, and provide relevant legal services
- Advised various private equity funds’ incorporation, fund registration and fund products registration, and involved in the legal due diligence and drafting of legal documents for such private equity funds
