• Represented Frey Communications Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd against its former employee Mr. Huang in a labor dispute. (The first labor dispute case accepted by the Supreme People's Court of China, with a claim amount of nearly 40 million yuan.)
• Acted as legal advisor for staff resettlement on dissolution of Henan Huaqiang Co., Ltd, the largest plastic company in China.
• Acted as legal advisor for staff settlement on dissolution of Konka Group Co., Ltd.
• Represented China Southern Airlines Co., Ltd. for its labor disputes against its former employees.
• Represented Shenzhen Dans Digital Technology Co., Ltd. in a payment of compensation for breach of non-compete agreement dispute against its former employees.
• Acted as employment matter team leader of the bankruptcy case of Shanxi Liansheng Energy Co., Ltd (amount of liabilities about 200 billion yuan), responsible for staff settlement and reviewing amount payable to 20,000 employees (creditors' rights of nearly 1 billion yuan for employees).
• Environmental Resources and Protection
• Represented a Shandong Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. in an administrative hearing case against a Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau in Shandong (the first local environment administrative hearing case)
• Represented a Chongqing environmental protection public welfare organization in an environmental public interest litigation against a non-ferrous metal company in Hunan (the first civil public interest litigation in Hunan Province in the field of non-ferrous metal damage to the environment)
• Acted as the Chief Legal Counsel for Hunan Clean Water and Blue Sky Environmental Harmony Protection Center
